Hiit timer is a handy little fitness app that help you keep track of your work and rest periods during workouts or any other activity.

When you are stretching before or after workout, this timer can be used to setup stretch hold time.

When you are weight training, you can lift for an interval and rest for an interval. This timer is perfect for tracking lifting and resting periods.

Nice app but would be perfect id there was a sound/ a bip at the beginning of each interval workout. Otherwise very simple to use. Nice
Easy to use. Very usefull for hiit workout. Has sound alerts in the beginning of each interval and also allow you to listen to music from your playlist during the workout, direct from the app.

Some bad moments

Free, ability to add music in... I had no problem hearing the beeps
nothing flashy but intuitive interface, easy to use, and gets the job done
i can not figure out how to get it to work with my iPod. I have sent notes to tech support and have had no response. Guess that why its free.
Works great on my IPhone, easy to set up, even lets you use your own music.
I love using this app. Just one request: a pause feature. Sometimes life happens in the middle of a workout. Thanks!
Good app but needs a pause option and I dont like that I cant close it without it erasing my settings
